Website information
Privacy & enquiries
This page describes the features of this website and the direct enquiry process.
Information entered in the enquiry form
When you send the enquiry form, your name, phone number, email address, chosen experience, preferred date, number of guests, message and consent are sent through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, to the camp’s email inbox (a personal Gmail address). FormSubmit processes the submission in order to deliver it and may keep technical data such as your IP address, according to its own privacy policy. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry. We also include the page you sent the form from and the time of sending, to help us handle it.
The form is not a reservation. A booking exists only once availability, price and inclusions are agreed with you directly.
WhatsApp option
The “Send via WhatsApp” button prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, which applies its own privacy policy.
Direct contact services
Calling, emailing or messaging the business shares the information you choose to provide through your phone, email service or WhatsApp. Those services may apply their own privacy policies. Please share only information relevant to your visit.
Website storage
The website does not set tracking cookies or use analytics. While you fill in the enquiry form, your entries are kept in your browser’s temporary session storage so they are not lost if you reload; this is cleared once the enquiry is sent or you close the tab. Your hosting provider may process technical access logs according to its own configuration.
Booking enquiries
An enquiry is a request for information, rather than a confirmed reservation. Availability, prices, timings, inclusions, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions must be agreed directly with the business before you book.
Website imagery
Photographs of the camp, tents, guests and performances are the business’s own. A small number of landscape and still-life images (such as dunes, the night sky and decorative textures) are illustrative and used for atmosphere only.
