Please read these terms before booking a safari, stay or event with Pushkar Desert Safari.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to enquiries and bookings made with Pushkar Desert Safari, Pushkar, Rajasthan. Any specific terms confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking (for example, on WhatsApp or by email) form part of your agreement and take precedence over this general page.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website, by phone, email or WhatsApp is a request for information and does not reserve a service. A booking is confirmed only when the team has confirmed availability, the price, inclusions and payment arrangements, and has acknowledged your booking.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted on enquiry and depend on dates, season, group size and the services chosen. Festival periods such as the Pushkar Fair and Holi may have different rates. The amount, method and timing of any advance or balance payment will be confirmed with your booking.
4. Safaris and activities
Camel, jeep, night and jungle safaris, and other activities, take place outdoors and depend on weather, safety and local conditions. Routes, timings and durations may be adjusted by the team where necessary. Guests must follow the instructions of guides, drivers and camel handlers at all times, and should tell the team in advance about any medical condition, pregnancy, mobility needs or other circumstances relevant to taking part.
5. Guest conduct
Pushkar is a holy town and guests are asked to respect local customs. Behaviour that endangers the safety of guests, staff or animals, or damages property, may result in a service being stopped without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.
6. Personal belongings
Please take care of your valuables during safaris, events and your stay. Pushkar Desert Safari cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings except where required by law.
7. Third-party services
Some experiences mentioned on this website, such as hot air balloon flights, ropeways, temples and festival events, are operated by third parties or public authorities. Their availability, rules and prices are outside our control.
